Of course! You can delegate your own domain (.com, .com.ar, .cl, etc.) on any of our paid plans. Inside your admin dashboard you will find a step-by-step tutorial to point your DNS to our servers. If you don't have a domain yet, your store will work under a free subdomain (mybrand.tiendashopping.com).

No. In TiendaShopping you have dedicated Cloud infrastructure, which means you get unlimited visits and bandwidth on all our plans. Your store will not crash or incur extra traffic charges, even during massive sales events like CyberMonday or Black Friday.

We are integrated with the main gateways in the region: Mercado Pago, Todo Pago, Ualá Bis, PayPal, and Stripe. You can also set up the 'Custom' method to allow Direct Bank Transfers or Cash on Delivery/Pickup, where you can even offer automatic discounts.

Yes, there is total flexibility. You can Upgrade or Downgrade your plan at any time directly from your billing dashboard. Prorated balances for plan changes will be calculated automatically.
